The programme board
Talks are laid out by time and by room. The longer a talk, the taller its card — which makes gaps in the programme and clashes easy to spot.
Networking and meetings
One attendee proposes a meeting; the other accepts or picks another time. Once both agree, the meeting appears in their personal schedules.
Access and limits
EasyConfer is always free. Basic access includes 1 active event and up to 50 attendees. For larger events, we can raise the limits free of charge if our resources allow.

Is this a trial period?
No. You can use EasyConfer for free for as long as you like. Basic access includes 1 active event and up to 50 attendees.
What if there are more than 50 attendees?
Open the help form and tell us about your event. If our resources allow, we will raise the limit for free. Higher limits are not available for purchase.
Can VIP be bought or earned with a donation?
No. VIP is not for sale. Voluntary support of the project grants no extra features or privileges.
Does EasyConfer work for an online event?
EasyConfer helps you run in-person events: build the programme, register attendees, issue tickets and arrange meetings. Video streaming is not available.
Do I need a developer to launch an event?
No. Build your event page in the browser using ready-made blocks, then share the link with attendees, for example through a messaging app.
What happens to attendee data?
An attendee's contacts are visible to the organizer of the event they registered for. Other attendees see only what the person allowed to be shown.
